This Order of the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, for purposes of the Land Reform Act sets out in the Schedule the Form for the application for change of a lease type.

Article 1 of the Decree provides the definition of animal density to be used for the purposes of this Decree. For the calculation of animal density, livestock units shown in Annex 1 shall be used. Articles 2 and 3 contains special rules regarding right of pre-emption and pre-lease as defined in the Act on agricultural and forestry land trade.
The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state and the Watercourses Act. Section 1 establishes that the Regulation applies to the leasing of land and other immovable rights in the waters in the domain of the State or dry land required for the building, operation and maintenance by private producers of hydroelectric power plants having a capacity of 25 MW or less and related equipment or installations. This Regulation sets out the rules and procedures of the management and administration of natural protected areas and natural heritage sites falling under the authority of the state. The Regulation also covers rules and procedures of appropriation of such areas as well as managing the rules of selling, exchange and renting.

This Order, for purposes of the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012, amends, among other things, the Land Registration Act and the Crofting Register (Transfer of Ownership) (Scotland) Regulations 2012 in relation to registration procedures and requirements for land registration and the registration of long leases.

The present Regulations are made under the Crown Minerals Act. For the purpose of the present Regulations a “mineral royalty” is a payment to the owner of mineral rights for the privilege of extracting the mineral from the ground based on a lease agreement. The royalty payment is based on a portion of earnings from production and varies depending on the type of mineral and the market conditions.
The present Regulations are made under Mineral Resources Act, 1985 which was repealed by the Crown Minerals Act (C-50.2), but these Regulations continue in force under the Crown Minerals Act. Section 5 establishes that an application for a permit to explore for helium and associated gases may be submitted to the department, and the Minister may issue such permits in accordance with the present Regulations.
The present Regulation is made under the Placer Mining Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Section 2 establishes that this Regulation and Part 2 of the Act apply to claims or land on which a lease has been granted. Le présent décret détermine les modalités d'application de l'ordonnance n° 2013-481 du 2 juillet 2013 fixant les règles d'acquisition de propriété des terrains urbains. La pleine propriété des terrains urbains du domaine de l'Etat est conférée uniquement par un arrêté de concession définitive. L'arrêté de concession définitive est obligatoirement publié au Livre foncier. Pour toute parcelle urbaine située en dehors de lotissements approuvés, seul le ministre chargé de la Construction et de l'Urbanisme prend l'arrêté de concession définitive sur toute l’étendue du territoire.
