The purpose of the present Regulation is to enforce the Planning and Building Law of 13 June 2010. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 6 chapters as follows: Object (1); Building terms and measuring methods (2); Water bodies areas (3); Boundaries and building distances (4); Cantonal contributions (5); Final provisions (6). One Annex is enclosed.

Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Rules, 2011 (S.I. No. 3 of 2011).

These Rules, made by the Minister under section 65(5) of the Planning and Subdivision Act, 2010, concern the composition, functions and procedures of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board established under section II of the Act and provide rules with respect to appeals to be made to the Board from decisions of the Town Planning Committee appointed under section 5(1) of the Act. Subject to section 66 of the Act, a decision of the Board is final.

These Regulations, made Minister under section 75 of the Planning and Subdivision Act, set out requirements for applications under the Act for, among other things: a Land Use Plan Amendment; a Zoning Bye-law Amendment; approval for a Site Plan; approval of a subdivision; approval for Severance. The Department of Physical Planning may require additional documentation including supporting information for an Environmental Impact Study. The Regulations also concern consideration of applications by the Department and the Town Planning Committee.

These Regulations amend the Regulations made under the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 with respect to a wide variety of matters including: sectional mortgage bonds; forms for certificates and other documents issued or made under the Act; management rules set out in Annexure 8; and registration of documents. They also insert new provisions on: replacement of a schedule for a lost or destroyed schedule of servitudes and conditions referred to in section 11(3)(b) of the Act; and replacement of documentation referred to in section 25(2) of the Act.

The present Ordinance implements the law on land survey and land cadastre of 1 March 2006. Article 1 establishes that the Land Survey Office is the competent authority. Condominium Property (Amendment) Regulations, 2012 (S.I. No. 3 of 2012).

These Regulations amend the Condominium Property Regulations, 2002 by replacing regulations 25 and 26 and by inserting new forms in the Fifth Schedule. Regulation 25 concerns the form of notice of appointment of member of board and form of notice of person ceasing to be member of board and regulation 26 concerns registration, amendments and revocation of rules made under section 30 of the Condominium Property Act, 2001.
