This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out state control (supervision) over observation of particular conditions of land management within protected areas of electric supply network by the Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service and its territorial bodies. State control shall be carried out in the form of planned and extraordinary inspections. The officials of the Federal Service shall examine plots of land located within protected areas of electric supply network, enforce the Russian legislation directed at prevention and (or) suppression of the offences.
