The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to set forth the conditions for the breeding, keeping and protection of bees, and also for protecting legal rights and interests of natural and legal persons carrying out apiculture. State support to apiculture shall be granted in accordance with regional programmes related to state support of agricultural activity.
Law No. 1492 III “On apiculture”.
This Law regulates relations concerning apiculture, keeping honey bees, production, processing of apiculture products, use of honey bees for pollination of agricultural entomophilous plant and crops, ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of natural and legal persons performing apiculture. It shall be applicable to pedigree and common commercial apiaries.

La presente Ley reorganiza el Banco Hipotecario Nacional, que tendrá como objetivo general asistir, colaborar y contribuir con la función del gobierno en materia de vivienda y desarrollo habitacional.
Ley Nº 129 - Ley que promueve el acceso al crédito y moderniza el sistema de garantías mobiliarias a través de la hipoteca sobre bien mueble.
La presente Ley promueve el acceso al crédito y moderniza mediante la ampliación del sistema de garantías mobiliarias y la simplificación de los trámites de constitución y ejecución de hipotecas sobre bienes muebles.

El presente Decreto Ley dicta medidas sobre hipoteca de bienes muebles y modifica el Artículo 1.567 del Código Civil que establece la tipología de bienes muebles susceptibles de ser hipotecados.
