The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre shall be a body of public administration in the sphere of land relations, geodesy, cartography and state cadastres.
Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2017 (No. 20 of 2017).
This Act amends section 28 of the Planning and Development (Housing) and Residential Tenancies Act 2016, which in its turn amends section 42 of the Planning and Development Act 2000. The amendments concern environmental impact assessment for the planning of residential housing.

La presente Ley expiden normas en materia de formalización, titulación y reconocimiento de las edificaciones de los asentamientos humanos, de predios urbanos y dicta disposiciones para el pago de derechos notariales y de derechos registrales. La inscripción de actos administrativos de cesión o transferencia, a otras entidades públicas o a particulares, de bienes inmuebles de propiedad pública susceptibles de ser enajenados, que se encuentren ubicados en predios que hayan sido objeto de legalización urbanística, de acuerdo con las normas vigentes, se liquidarán como actos sin cuantía.

This Law determines several provisions and measures, that also implementing and amending certain regional Laws, aimed at adapting the Emilia-Romagna regional legislative rules as regards the environmental field and introduction of measures in favor of territories that are or were affected by earthquakes (territories hit by earthquakes in 2012 and 2016).This text, as regards the environmental field, transposes the provisions of certain state Laws and Regulations related to the environment and to the defense of soil and coast, in particular as regards forestation, the evaluation procedure for
Regulation of Building Permits Act 2017 (No. 42 of 2017).
This Act establishes the Building Permits Evaluation Committee within the ministry responsible for industry and trade and provides with respect to procedures for the application for building permits and granting of building permits by the Commission. A “building permit” means a building permit referred to in the Public Health Act 1935 and its subsidiary laws.
