The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

La presente Ley, que consta de 5 capítulos, 16 artículos y 1 disposición final, entiende por suelo no urbanizable aquel que figura clasificado como tal en los planes generales o normas subsidiarias y, en defecto del plan, aquellas áreas del territorio que no reúnan las condiciones objetivas para ser clasificadas como suelo urbano o urbanizable (art. 1º).
Crown Lands Ordinance (Cap. 169).
"Crown lands" means all lands within the Colony other than forest reserve within the meaning of the Forest Ordinance vested in the Crown or vested in the Administrator for the public uses of the Colony and shall include all lands which have been escheated to the Crown or may hereafter be otherwise acquired by the Crown. The Administrator may appoint a Crown Surveyor and a Commissioner of Lands under section 3. He may also from time to time grant, sell, exchange or lease any Crown lands, or any right or easement in or over them or any of them under section 4.

Le libellé de l'arrêté royal du 24 octobre 1978 portant exécution de l'article 37, deuxième alinéa, de la loi du 29 mars 1962 organique de l'aménagement du territoire et de l'urbanisme, est remplacé par le libellé suivant: "Arrêté royal du 24 octobre 1978 portant exécution de l'article 35, deuxième alinéa, du décret portant l'aménagement du territoire, coordonné le 22 octobre 1996." Le paragraphe 2 du même article est abrogé. L'arrêté comprend 5 articles.

L'article 1er établit que le Ministre flamand, chargé de l'aménagement du territoire, est autorisé de régler l'utilisation des formulaires modèles qui doivent être utilisés pour les affaires y énumérées. L'arrêté comprend 4 articles.
Presidential Decree No. 82/1995 on peat land development for food crop agriculture in Central Kalimantan.
The Decree makes provisions for the extension of peat land to one million hectares in the Province/First-Level Region of Central Kalimantan. The formulation of development programmes is entrusted to a Team for Peat Land Development. The technical implementation of said programmes shall be carried out by government agencies according to the legislation in force.
