The Government of the Czech Republic (Czech: Vláda České republiky) exercises executive power in the Czech Republic. The members of the government are the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic (Chairman of the Government), the deputy ministers and other ministers. It has its legal basis in the Constitution of the Czech Republic.

The government is led by the Prime Minister, who selects all the remaining ministers. Government of the Czech Republic is responsible to the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic. The Prime Minister is appointed by the President of the Czech Republic.

Law amending Law on Agriculture.

This Law lays down some amendments and addenda to Law on Agriculture. In particular the present Law amends provisions concerning the role of the state in agriculture (art. 2). The Ministry of Agriculture is responsible for the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union in accordance with relevant directly applicable regulations of the European Union. Further the Law sets out details on the evidence of land use (art. 3a), on the way of updating the evidence of land (art. 3g), and on evidence of ecologically significant elements (art. 3p).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends Decree establishing requirements for fertilizers by replacing Annex 1 specifying limit values ??of hazardous elements in fertilizers, soil conditioners, auxiliary plant preparations and substrates, Annex 2 containing values of tolerance for individual groups of fertilizers, and Annex 3 specifying types of fertilizers.
