The present Regulation is made under the Planning Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the Inland Port Special Planning Area. Land Surveyors Act (C.C.S.M. C. L60).
This Act regulates the Land Surveyors in Manitoba and provides for the Association of Manitoba Land Surveyors is continued as a body corporate.
Law of Property Act (C.C.S.M. c. L9).
This Act, consisting of 40 sections, makes provisions with respect to land tenure rights, conveyance of lands, easements, transfer of land, leases, mortgages, foreign governments right to own land and various other matters relative to the registration of titles, use of land rights, transfer of land, etc.
Cooperatives Act (C.C.S.M. c. C223).
The present Act makes provisions for the registration and organization of cooperative societies, defines their powers, privileges and duties and provides for their internal organization, management and finances, and provides for other matters relating to the functioning of cooperative societies and cooperative development.
Cooperatives Regulation (Man. Reg. 95/99).
The present Regulations enforces provisions of the Cooperatives Act by prescribing forms and by regulating more in detail various matters mainly relating to internal organization and procedures of cooperative societies including registration; records of a co-operative society; membership and meeting of members; management and financial matters; and arbitration and other dispute resolution.
