The objectives of these Regulations, made under the Sale of Land Act 1962, are to regulate the conduct of public auctions of land; to prescribe standard rules for the conduct of public auctions of land; to prescribe information statements that must be made available for inspection at public auctions of land.

Water (Notice of Disposition of Land) Regulations 1990 (S.R. No. 204).
Regulations to give effect to section 159 of the Water Act 1989 by prescribing requirements for lodging notices in relation to a disposition of land. The Schedule contains prescribed forms for the notice.

Surveyors Act 1978.
The Act (34 sections, 1 Schedule) is divided into three Parts: Surveyors Board (I), Registration of Surveyors (II) and General (II).The Surveyors Board has powers and functions relating to the registration, training and certification of surveyors (sect. 8). The Act further provides for application for registration, issue of certificates of registration and letters of accreditation, cancellation and suspension, appeals and offences. Section 26 describes the powers of the surveyors regarding entry upon land.
Valuation of Land (General and Supplementary Valuation) Regulations 2003.
The objective of these Regulations, done under the Valuation of Land Act 1960, is to prescribe certain forms relating to the general valuation of rateable land in the area of a rating authority. The Regulations are completed by three schedules containing the forms and codes to be used and the oath of fidelity and secrecy.
