This Act establishes the Federal Lands Registry. The Federal Lands Registry shall be a body corporate and shall have, amongst others, the following functions: (a) the registration of all titles to Federal Government lands and all interests created by subsequent transactions on lands vested in the Federal Government and its agencies; (b) the preparation and maintenance of intelligence sheets for all Federal Government allocations throughout Nigeria. The Registry shall consist of three sections: (a) cadastral; (b) deeds; and (c) administration and finance.

The present Regulations are made under the Crown Minerals Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the orderly exploitation of minerals in Saskatchewan. Section 3 establishes that the Regulations apply to all Crown minerals other than any Crown minerals listed in this section.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution l’ordonnance du 23 septembre 2011 sur le registre foncier (ORF) et l’ordonnance du 18 novembre 1992 sur la mensuration officielle (OMO). L’article 1er établit que l’ordonnance règle, entre autres: a) le modèle de données pour le registre foncier; b) le modèle de données pour l’échange des données entre le registre foncier et la mensuration officielle; c) l’interface permettant le prélèvement et l’échange des données du registre foncier.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Titles Act 1980 by providing for the manner in which dealings and applications are to be lodged for registration with the Recorder of Titles.

The present Tariff is enacted under the Canada Land Survey Act. In particular, the text lists the tariff of fees to be charged by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources for copies of maps, plans, field notes, or any other type of record or document arising from or respecting surveys under the Canada Lands Surveys Act. This Order amends the Land Registration (Fees) Order 2012 by the insertion of new articles 1(3) and 1(4). These articles concern transitional provisions regarding the payment of fees for applications made to the Property Registration Authority in the period of transition.

This Law makes provision with respect to registration of title in land and effects of registration and provides for a wide variety of matters regarding specific title in land such as leases, charges, transfers, co-ownership and partition, trusts and transmission on death.The Law establishes a Land Register and requires the Governor to appoint a Land Registrar, the functions and powers of which are defined by this Law. The Land Register shall consist of a register of parcels adjudicated under the Land Adjudication Law and a register of each lease required by the Law to be registered.

The present Regulation is enacted under the Agricultural Service Board Act. In particular, Schedule A contains the form for land registration pursuant to section 12(3) of the afore-mentioned Act and Schedule B the form for land registration implementing section 15(1). This Decree amends the Native Lands Act by replacing in the Act and all subsidiary legislation made under the Act the word "native" with the word "i Taukei". It also inserts a new section (1A), which provides that all written laws (of Fiji) are to be changed by deleting all references to "native" and inserting therefor the word "i Taukei".

This Act concerns the judicature in Malawi, constitutes the High Court, provides for the establishment of subordinate courts and provides with respect to jurisdiction and proceedings of the High Court and subordinate courts. Certain provisions concern jurisdiction or procedures regarding land matters including charging or mortgaging of land and land registration. The Chief Justice may establish District Registries and appoint Deputy District Registrars for each District. Courts of Magistrates of various grades are established throughout Malawi.
