El presente Reglamento tiene como objetivo establecer las normas que deben regular el funcionamiento del registro de peritos-tasadores del Colegio de Ingenieros Agrónomos, autorizados para efectuar peritajes y avalúos en materia agropecuaria o forestal.

La presente Resolución aprueba las Normas técnicas sobre Planes de Ordenamiento Predial (POP), cuyo objetivo es el de garantizar a largo plazo la conservación y el uso sostenible de las tierras del dominio originario del Estado asignadas a los particulares, mediante un proceso de clasificación de tierras por su capacidad de uso mayor a nivel predial.

An Act to make provision for the ecologically, socially and economically sustainable use of natural resources, i.e. land, water and the physical environment (sect. 1).The Act is divided into 6 Chapters: Introductory provisions (1); Basic management provisions (2); Particular management provisions for specified areas in the country (3); Admission testing for industrial plants, etc. (4) Environment impact assessment statements (5); Duties of authorities, distribution of responsibilities, etc.

"Transfer of forest resources" refers to the economic activities to transfer the ownership of woods and the right of use of the forest land (wildlife, mineral resources and underground matters are not included) from one to another. Timber forest, groves of bamboo, economic forest and fuel forest are transferable (art. 5). The forests in scenic spot, historic site and in natural reserve or protected areas are not transferable; it is forbidden to transfer the forest, which have unclear or disputable ownership (art. 6).

Le texte comprend 4 titres répartis en 69 articles: Objectif et définitions (Ier); Encouragement à l’adaptation et au développement du secteur agricole (II).

This Provincial Act is divided into five Titles. The aims pursued are the protection of any kind of land falling within the provincial territory, giving particular regard to forests, mountain grasslands and pastures, in order to ensure their conservation and productivity and to guarantee their rational and sustainable use.

This Decree lays down provisions for implementing Provincial Act No. 21 of 21 October 1996 relative to the forestry sector. The Decree is divided into three Titles and contains two Annexes. Title I regulates the hydrogeological and forest bonds referred to in article 3 of Provincial Act No. 21 of 1996. Article 2 concerns its removal under certain circumstances. Title II lays down particular provisions for bound lands. Part I of Title II regulates the transformation of forests. Article 4 gives the definition of forest.

In accordance with articles 44 and 129 of the Constitution, this Act pursues the development of mountain areas by encouraging the participation of local communities (by creating Mountain Communities) in the drafting and implementation of development programmes and territorial plans relevant to their respective mountain districts. For this purpose, the Act boosts the removal of socio-economic imbalance and inequities between mountain areas and national territories other than mountain areas (art. 2). The Act is divided into five Titles.

This Decree Law represents the basic legal framework in matter of forestry. Since it was enacted in 1923, it must be coordinated with the Constitution, which entrusts particular legislative and administrative competences to the Regions in matter of forestry as well (art. 117). The Decree consists of seven Titles. Title I makes provision for the protection of the public interests. To this end, certain restrictions shall be applied to private lands, so as to guarantee the public safety and protect the water regime.

This Act provides for various matters relating to wildlife and forestry including: functions of the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands, acquisition of land and rights, natural heritage areas, nature reserves and refuges, protection of flora, wild birds and wild animals, and regulation and control of wildlife dealing.

The amendments concern the need for authorization from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Agriculture for the conversion of forest and valley land into the following: 1. making farmland, orchard, rangeland, artificial forests, forage land, livestock institutions, aquatic breeding institutions, as well as the use for mine exploting and exploration (in nothern Iran); and 2. establishment of factories, townships, schools, training institutions, sport clubs, etc.

Chapter one of this Law contains definitions of terms therein employed, such as: forest, forest bushes, desert shrubs, forest cover and regions, range, planted rangeland, logs and saplings. Chapter two sets out rules for exploitation and protection of the above mentioned areas. Forestry Organization, established within the Ministry of Agriculture, shall supervise and issue permits for each applicant regarding exploitation of these areas. Licence shall be valid up to one year.
