The present Ordinance implements the Land Transaction Act of 9 December 1992. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Conditions and requirements (II); Land transactions authorities and procedures (III); Fees (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V).

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Land Transaction Ordinance of 3 July 2007. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 9a on Foundations, institutions without members and foundation-like Trust company with personality; article 13 on Annexes; article 15 on Forwarding to tax administration; article 16 on Surveyance and information and filing obligations; article 20 on Fees.

Amends: Land Transaction Ordinance. (2013)

The present Order is made under the Territorial Lands Act. In particular, the purpose of this Order is to withdraw from disposal certain tracts of territorial lands in order to facilitate the conclusion of Aboriginal land agreements. In particular, section 2 establishes that the tracts of territorial lands set out in the Schedule, including the surface and subsurface rights to the lands, are withdrawn from disposal for a period of three years beginning on the day on which this Order is made. The text consists of 5 sections and 1 Schedule.

The purpose of the present Act is the general new launch and the running of the cadastre with fixed boundaries. In particular, the Act provides for a Legal Cadastre in Austria in which boundaries are legally binding after consultation with all neighbours and a survey of all boundary points of a cadastral parcel.

This new Provincial Lands Act aims to modernize the legislative framework and provide better environmental. In particular, the Act provides for better protection for Crown land by investing the government with the ability to respond and take action when land is being misused, such as issuing immediate stop work orders. Furthermore, the framework for the Ministry of Agriculture Crown leases shall be used as security; and the time period of certain long-term leases where significant investments are possible, such as wind power development shall be increased.

This Act amends the Sugar Industry Efficiency Act 2001 in various sections relating to, among other things: definitions, conversion of land in case of sale of land to the Government, ensuring the quality of sugar products produced under this Act (and quality control including HACCP), other matters regrading conversion of agricultural land in land used for other purposes.

This Decree puts into effect the "Land Code" of the RSFSR. In the meantime the legislation of the RSFSR is applicable within the limits that it doesn't contradict the "Land Code" of the RSFSR. The "Land Code" is applicable to offences committed after its validation except for the offences liable to the articles 47-51 that are applicable after the validation of the Law of the RSFSR regarding land charges.

This By-Law made under the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013, applies to all land within the geographical area of the Engcobo Municipality, including land owned by the state. The By-law shall, in case of conflict, in principle prevail over other legislation. The By-law requires a municipal spatial development framework to be made and provides with respect its preparation and public participation procedures. The Municipality may also adopt a local spatial development framework for a specific geographical area of a portion of the municipal area.

This Order, made under section 5 of the Town and Country Planning Act, provides for a wide variety of matters regarding the administration and development of the Saint Mary Parish Development Area as described in the First Schedule.
