This Regional Decree adopts to the Autonomous Region of Azores Decree-Law No. 219/94 (concerning the coastal zone management plan). These Regulations declare that all coastal land described in the Schedule is to constitute part of the coast for the purposes of the Coast Protection Act 1972.

These Regulations declare the land between the seaward edge of the bold line shown on the plans in the Schedule and the mean high water mark on the seashore at spring tides to constitute part of the coast for the purposes of the Coast Protection Act 1972.
