This Law consisting of 27 articles aims at regulating the green cover protection in Libya. It establishes that the General People's Committee for Agricultural Land Reclamation and Reconstruction is responsible for protection, development and management of public forests and rangelands, and contributes to administrate private forests and pastoral farms.

En virtud de esta Resolución se ordena a la Dirección General de Control de la Calidad Ambiental y de los Recursos Naturales realizar un monitoreo de las áreas de reserva legal de bosques en propiedades rurales de más de veinte hectáreas en todo el teritorio nacional. Asimismo, se dispone que en todo proyecto que se desarolle en propiedades rurales de más de 20 hectáreas la misma Dirección debe determinar si el proponente del proyecto cumple con la obligación de mantener el 25 por ciento del área de bosque natural.

The authorized representatives of the state bodies of state power of the Russian Federation and the bodies of state power of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania have agreed on the following: 1)The relations between State Bodies of the Russian Federation and State Bodies of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania shall be governed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and the present Treaty.

This Decree by the Council of Ministers declares some areas in state forests as an upland area. Borders, coordinates and location of these areas are listed in the Annex.

Por la presente Ley se introducen algunas modificaciones a la Ley Nº 398 de 2004, mediante la cual se declaró como política pública del Gobierno de Puerto Rico el desarrollo agrícola, la preservación y protección de los terrenos comprendidos en la Reserva Agrícola de Vega Baja.

Por la presente Ley se declara como política pública del Gobierno del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico el desarrollo agrícola, la preservación y protección de los terrenos comprometidos con la Reserva Agrícola de Vega Baja localizada en el Municipio de Vega Baja. Dichos terrenos forman parte del Corredor Agro-Ecológico y son considerados de alto valor agrícola.

Item 3 shall acquire a new wording: “3. Regional executive body carrying out transferred competence in the sphere of forest relations and in case the aforesaid competence was not transferred to the regional authorities – territorial body of the Federal Forest Agency within a month from the date of submittal of the application shall ensure selection of a parcel of state forest fund and coordination with the corresponding executive bodies in specific case or shall return the materials to the applicant with statement of motivation.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development in the northern midland and mountainous region through 2020. The plan has the following objectives: ensure consistency with sectoral master plans; tap and bring into the fullest play all resources so as to attract development investment; expand markets, bolster exports; and boost economic development in a fast, effective and sustainable manner.

This Regulation No. 1374 of 2008 lays down the rules and procedures for the removal, addition, and destination changes in the pastures fund. The physical or legal persons or the local government units may submit at the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Water Administration the request for the removal of certain parts from the pastures fund. The request should be accompanied by a formal notice, a copy of the permission or document that approves the activities proposed to be undertaken, and the blue print of the area. The request should be examined within 30 days of its submission.
