This Act amends the Property Transfer Tax Act in section 3, 4 and 6. In section 3 a minor amendment is made concerning delegation of functions and powers of Commissioner. The amendment of section 4 concerns the rate of tax in respect of a mining right or an interest in the mining right in and respect of land.
These Regulations shall apply to all planning authorities appointed under the provisions of subsection (2) of section five of the Town and Country Planning Act.
This Act provides with respect to perpetual succession to land.
This Act amends the Property Transfer Tax Act in subsection (2) of section 5 by the insertion of a new provision which allows the Commissioner General, in determining the realised value for shares, to make adjustments in accordance with the provisions of sections 97A, 97AA, 97C and paragraph 22A of the Fifth Schedule to the Income Tax Act.
These Regulations provide for various matters in respect of authorization and registration of land valuation surveyors and the Valuation Surveyors Registration Board, so as to implement provisions of the Valuation Surveyors Act.
These Regulations amend the principal Regulations by revoking the First Schedule and substituting therefor the Schedule attached to these Regulations. The First Schedule prescribes fees for registration.

These Regulations prescribe fees for purposes of the Lands Tribunal Act. The fees are charged in respect of proceedings and services of the Tribunal.

By this Act it is declared for the removal of doubt that the provisions of the Bills of Sale Acts, 1878-1882, of the United Kingdom, requiring the registration and re-registration of Bills of Sale under those Acts, are not in force and have not, since the commencement of the Lands and Deeds Registry Act, been in force in Zambia.
These Rules prescribe measures that shall be taken by owners and occupiers of land within an area of land which the Minister has declared, by Statutory Notice, to be a protected area for the purpose of the control of malaria or of the breeding of mosquitoes.
