This Circular implements a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 84/2007/ND-CP of 25 May 2007.The articles which have been implemented are the following: article 3 on determining the starting time of land use in a stable manner; article 8 on the grant of certificates for agricultural production land; article 11 on the grant of certificates in the case where land use rights have been transferred; article 17 on provisions on the minimum area allowed for division and on the grant of certificates for land plots smaller than the minimum area; article 20 on the determination of land areas used for public purposes; article 21 on the withdrawal of illegally granted certificates; article 27 on the sale of dwelling houses built on land leased by the State; article 31 on mortgage registration; article 32 on land rent and auction of land use rights; article 34 on land recovery; and article 66 on land use right transactions.
Implements: Decree No. 84/2007/ND-CP additionally stipulating the grant of land use right certificates, recovery of land, exercise of land use rights, order and procedures for compensation, support and resettlement upon land recovery by the State, and settlement of land related complaints.
