This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. It establishes in areas adjacent to the objects of cultural heritage the following protection zones shall be set: (a) protection zone; (b) zone of restricted economic activities; and (c) zone of protected landscape. Restriction on movement of motor vehicles shall be imposed in the area of location of the objects of cultural heritage and within protection zones. Boundaries of the objects of cultural heritage shall be validated and mapped by the Regional Government.
