This Order shall apply to granting of subsidies to nature projects on carbon-rich lowlands set to improve the environment and climate. The Danish AgriFish Agency regulates the Order and may grant allocation of subsidies to ensure study and information of these projects. The Agency shall also facilitate measures for the purchase of project land in adherence to Act No. 1275 of 2 November 2010 regarding the distribution of land and public purchase and sale of real property for agricultural purposes (Land Consolidation Act); for land distribution; for the approval of subsidy for the maintenance of wetlands, and natural water level conditions of carbon-rich lowlands. Applications for subsidy may be submitted in the periods 20 April - 18 May 2015 and 1 September -3 November 2015.The Order consists of 14 Chapters: Scope (1); Definitions (2); Administration (3); Eligible projects (4); Eligibility Criteria (5); Eligible costs (6); Non-eligible expenditure (7); Amending the project and transfer thereof (8); Calculation of subsidies (9); Disboursement of subsidies (10); Duty to notify (11); Cessation of agreement and repayment or reduction of subsidies (12); Appeals (13); Entry into force (14).
