The Scheme for the location, management and protection of hunting grounds on the regional territory is a document for the purpose of planning in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources, and is aimed at ensuring the rational use and conservation of hunting economy at the regional level. The scope of planning and management in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources shall be to organize the rational management of hunting activities. The tasks of planning shall be as follows: (a) increase the productivity of hunting grounds; (b) improvement of the forms and methods of state hunting control and supervision of compliance with the legislation in the field of protection and use of hunting resources and their habitat; (c) -state monitoring of hunting resources; and (d) meeting the hunters' demand for obtaining the possibility of hunting, choosing hunting terms and conditions and receiving services in the field of hunting. The Scheme lists game authorized for hunting (animals and birds), sets hunting quotas and carrying capacity standards for hunting grounds.
