La contribution foncière des propriétés bâties est un impôt réel communal, basé sur la valeur locative de tout immeuble. Le présent décret fixe l'assiette de cet impôt, indique quels sont les immeubles exempts de cet impôt et fixe les pénalitées et amendes.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Act, 1979.
No person shall, without the written consent of the Minister as defined in the Lands (Bathurst and Kombo Saint Mary) Act, cultivate any portion of any lands described in the Schedule to these Regulations. Any person who acts in contravention of these Regulation shall be liable to a fine.
The amendments of the principal Act concern the procedures in an enquiry by the Reserve Settlement Commissioner in respect of rights of a proposed Forest Reserve and procedures with a native Court. The new section concerns surveys in the framework of a land dispute.
The Governor may constitute Forest Reserves under section 4.A Notice in this respect shall be published in the Official Gazette. For each Reserve a Reserve Settlement Commissioner shall be appointed.
This Regulation makes provision to reduce and prevent pollution of the outer environment, which is defined as being all land, water, and air, outdoors, and outside workplaces.
