This Act concerns control on the use of alienated land. Whenever the President considers it necessary or expedient to do so, he or she may make Regulations for the purpose of ascertaining the nature and extent of the occupation or use of alienated land (sect. 2).
The Proviso to Section 5 of the Native Lands (Amendment) Ordinance 1977 is hereby repealed.
