Certain customary rights to place and maintain fish weirs or traps are re-established.
This Chapter authorizes the Public Lands Trust Board of Trustees to regulate the removal of mined and dredged materials located on Public Trust Lands in areas listed in this Chapter. Dredging and removal of dredged material at any other site is prohibited.
