This Regulation implements the Recreation Areas Management Act 1988 by providing specifications on the management of four recreational areas: Fraser Island, Green Island, Inskip Peninsula and Moreton Island. The Regulation provides for permits required under the Act.

This Act provides for the construction and repair of dividing fences, i.e. a fence separating the adjoining lands of different owners, whether the adjoining lands are wholly or only partly separated thereby and whether the fence is on the line of or, in an appropriate case, on a line on the common boundary of the adjoining lands or on a line other than the line of or a line on the common boundary, or partly on any one of those lines and partly on the other or others (sect. 6).
This Regulation implements the Valuers Registration Act 1992 by providing the code of conduct for valuers including provisions on the duty to client, professional responsibility and professional fees.

This Act concerns the registration of qualified valuers. i.e. persons ready to make a valuation of land. Under the Act, the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland established under the Valuers Registration Act 1965 is continued in existence and its operation further regulated. The Act is divided into the following Parts: Preliminary; the Board; Registration; Complaints and discipline; Miscellaneous; Transitional provisions for Valuers Registration Act 1992 and Transitional provisions for Valuers Registration Amendment Act 2001.
This Act, consisting of 9 Parts, provides for developing, maintaining and improving the Queensland survey and mapping infrastructure.
This Regulation implements the Surveyors Act 2003 by providing for insurance cover for registration endorsement (sect. 3), criteria for registration as an emeritus surveyor (sect. 4), particulars for register (sect. 7) and fees (sect. 10).

This Act concerns the activities of surveyors in Queensland, it establishes and regulates the operation of the Surveyors Board of Queensland, defines the obligations related to the practice of the profession and provides for the registration of surveyors.
This Regulation implements the Land Title Act 1994. It specifies the location of offices of the land registry, the forms to be used in the office of the land registry and the fees payable under the Act. The Regulation is completed by two Schedules, one on offices of the land registry and one on fees.
