The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Order amends, in relation to England only, the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 with respect demolition in conservation areas, which will require planning permission. Such demolition is “relevant demolition” for the purposes of section 196D of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, is not permitted development for the purposes of the Principal Order.

El presente Decreto reglamenta el proceso de transición de la Dirección Ejecutiva de Fomento a la Minería (DEFOMIN) al Instituto Hondureño de Geología y Minas (INHGEOMIN), suspendiendo entre otras cosas el otorgamiento de todo tipo de concesiones.

Deeds of Arrangement Rules (Cap. 54).
These Rules implement provisions of the Deeds of Arrangement Act with respect to, among other things: registration of deeds with the Registrar of Deeds of Arrangement transmission of copies to District Registries or other Courts and other procedures; affidavits; execution of deed by trustee; search of register; applications other than applications under section 9 of the Act; security to be given by the trustee under a deed of arrangement pursuant to subsection (1) of section 13 of the Act; and fees. The Rules also prescribe, in the First Schedule, forms for purposes of the Act.
Decreto Nº 238/12 - Ley General de Minería.
La presente Ley tiene como objeto normar las actividades mineras y metalúrgicas. Establece que el Estado ejerce dominio eminente, inalienable e imprescriptible, sobre todos los minerales que se encuentren en el territorio nacional, mar territorial, plataforma marítima continental y zona económica exclusiva y zona contigua.
Decreto Supremo Nº 011/13/JUS - Modifica el Decreto Supremo Nº 014/10/JUS, sobre medidas de promoción para garantizar la seguridad jurídica de predios en zonas de extrema pobreza.
El presente Decreto Supremo modifica el que aprueba las medidas de promoción para garantizar la seguridad jurídica de predios ubicados en determinados distritos ubicados en zonas de extrema pobreza, en el sentido de prorrogar su vigencia por tres años.
