The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Act amends the Affidavits of Prescription Act by providing for the suspension of sections 3, 4 and 6 to 9 of, and the Schedules to, the principal Act and provides for the circumstance where notice of an application has been published in accordance with section 4(2) of the principal Act and an objection may be made in the manner specified in section 6(1).

Valuation Tribunal for Wales (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (W.S.I. No. 547 (W.59) of 2013).
These Regulations amend the Valuation Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2010 so as to: provide for the minimum and maximum number of members that may be appointed to the Tribunal; specify the information that must be provided to the Tribunal on an application for a council tax appeal; make modifications to rules regarding hearings on council tax following the introduction of local council tax reduction schemes made by billing authorities in accordance with the Council Tax Reduction Schemes and Prescribed Requirements (Wales) Regulations 2012.
Land Surveyors (Fees for the Survey of State Lands) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 (GN No. 19 of 2013).
These Regulations amend the Land Surveyors (Fees for Survey of State Lands) by revoking and replacing the Schedule, which specifies fees for surveys, including the survey of an agricultural site.

Morcellement (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2013 (GN No. 20 of 2013).
These Regulations amend the Morcellement Act by repealing the Second Schedule and replacing it by the Schedule to these Regulations. The Schedule specifies processing fees and morcellement fees, including morcellement exclusively for agricultural purposes. fees are based on square metres of land subject to subdivision.

Decree on land registry fees.
The present Decree enforces the Great Council Ordinance of 5 July on the introduction of a Land Register. Article 1 establishes that the Canton levies fees relating to entries in the Land Register.
