This Law amends various provisions part of the Law on concessions of the Tuzla Canton (Official Gazette 50/2004 and 7/2005).Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, administrative provisions, monitoring/inspection issues, financial provisions, registration methods, and offences and penalties.

This Presidential Decree, consisting of 2 Chapters, establishes the National Policy for Land Concession Rights.

The present Ordinance implements the Law on land use planning and public building legislation in the Canton of Schaffhausen (Building Law) of 1 December 1997. Article 1 establishes that buildings and facilities which are heated or cooled shall be planned, built and operated in such a way that energy shall be used rationally and efficiently.

This Act, consisting of 132 sections divided into seven Parts and completed by four Schedules, provides for the facilitation of the horizontal and vertical subdivision of land and the disposition of titles thereto in Western Australia.

This Act, consisting of 243 sections divided into fourteen Parts and completed by twenty-eight Schedules, provides for the consolidation of the law relating to the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land in Western Australia.

La presente Ley adopta el Código Agrario de la República de Panamá que tiene como fundamento regular la actividad agraria, las empresas y los contratos agrarios y el aprovechamiento sostenible del suelo, así como determinar la organización de la jurisdicción agraria.

The objective of this Act is to establish duties and liabilities relating to the National Farm Land and Forest Fund. The Fund manages agricultural land, farms and forests owned by the Republic of Slovenia. This management includes granting concessions, leasing and renting of agricultural land and forests.

Le présente décret a pour objet l'organisation, la composition et le fonctionnement du comité d’assistance à la localisation et à la promotion des investissements et de la régulation du foncier.

Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In the process of performance of concession agreement the concessor shall have the right to supervise over observance by concessionary of the terms and conditions of concession agreement in accordance with this Federal Law”.

This Law amends several articles of the Programme on “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” dealing with the regularization of urban settlements. The amended articles deal with financial aspects, legal and administratives proceedings, sustainable urban projects authorization criteria, etc.
