This Part of the Statute Law Revision Act 2011 amends the Foreign Trusts, Estates and Wills Act 1972 in section 8(2) by omitting "and also deposits with the Republic of Nauru Finance Corporation or with any subsidiary of that corporation". Section 8 concerns investments of trust funds by trustees.

The Parliament establishes that until 30 April 2014 purchase of agricultural and forest land by foreigners shall be prohibited and purchase and sale contract related to purchase of agricultural and forest land by foreigners shall not be concluded.

L’article 1er de la présente loi établit que la présente loi limite l’acquisition d’immeubles par des personnes à l’étranger dans le but de prévenir l’emprise étrangère sur le sol suisse. The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Land Transaction Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 61). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 3 concerning equality in the context of European integration through bilateral agreements and commitments; article 6 on authorization requirements; article 7a dealing with enforcement proceedings.

The Act concern the rights of foreign countries to hold land for diplomatic, consular and other official purposes, it consists of seven sections. It lists the purposes for which foreign governments may hold land (sect. 2), recognizes their authority to hold land (sect. 3), it provides for registration of title of foreign government to land (sect. 4) and for exemption from land tax and rates (sect. 5). Section 6 specifies the extent of application of State law on land hold by foreign governments.

This Chapter lays down the rule that real property within the Territory of Guam is governed by the law of Guam except where the title is in the United States.

This Chapter defines property and ownership in general and contains various rules regarding the property of land, fixtures and wild animals. This Act defines “ownership”, “property”, “real property” “land” and “appurtenances” and contains rules relative to ownership of real property. The Act also contains a clause on the ownership of wild animals. The Act declares that animals wild by nature are the subject of ownership, while living, only when on the land of the person claiming them, or when tamed, or taken and held in possession, or disabled and immediately pursued.

La presente Ley establece la zona de seguridad fronteriza del Paraguay, correspondiente a la franja de 50 kilómetros adyacente a las líneas de frontera terrestre y fluvial del territorio nacional. El artículo 2º dispone que los extranjeros oriundos de cualquiera de los países limítrofes no podrán ser propietarios, condóminos o usufructuarios de inmuebles rurales en la zona de seguridad fronteriza. Sin embargo, dicha disposición no afectará a los derechos adquiridos anteriormente a la vigencia de esta Ley.

This Chapter provides for selected matters relating to ownership of immovable property. Subject to certain exceptions, it declares that only citizens of the state of Pohnpei or corporations wholly owned by citizens of the state of Pohnpei may hold title to land in the state of Pohnpei. It refers to a provision of article 12 of the Pohnpei Constitution relative to acquisition of permanent interest in real property.

The present Act lays down provisions concerning the acquisition of immovable property by non residents, which basically shall be prohibited, except for certain circumstances under which such acquisition shall be allowed (those specified in article 5). As a general rule, A person, other than a physical or a non resident person, may acquire by an act inter vivos immovable property in Malta without the necessity of obtaining a permit under this Act where such immovable property is required for the purpose of carrying out the activity for which it has been set up.

La presente Ley modifica el artículo 3º de la Ley Nº 2.532/05 en tema de zona de seguridad fronteriza de la República del Paraguay. Las nuevas disposiciones establecen que lo previsto por el artículo 2º de la Ley enmendada no afectará los derechos adquiridos debidamente comprobados antes de la vigencia la misma, y que tampoco podrán invocarse contra los derechos sucesorios de los ciudadanos oriundos de los países limítrofes, cuando los mismos versen sobre inmuebles o sociedades incursos en la mencionada zona.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Land Transaction Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 61). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 6 concerning authorization requirements; article 18 laying down provisions relating to foreclosure auction proceedings; article 28 on Land Transfer Commission.
