This Act makes provision for the protection of the environment of a broad sense. Its provisions are divided into Titles, the major part of them dealing with specific aspects of environment protection.Title I makes provision with respect to air and noise pollution.Purpose Title II to prescribe management guidelines aimed to protect and improve the quality of Philippine water resources.

This Act, governing forestry contains, after amendments made to it, virtually all statute law relating to forestry in the Great Britain. The provisions of the Act concentrate almost exclusively on forestry administration and related matters and the powers of an authority here continued, the Forestry Commissioners, to control felling.

The Statute consists of 109 sections and three Schedules.

This Act provides principally for the control on the development of land and the planning of development in the Cayman Islands. For this and other purposes, it establishes the Central Planning Authority and the Development Control Board. The Act also concerns acquisition and disposal of land for planning purposes.

This Act makes provision for the conservation, use, management and control of land situated in mountain catchment areas. "Mountain catchment area" means any area declared by the Minister or competent authorities of provinces under section 2 to be a mountain catchment area.

This Act, among other things, redefines "acts of development", amends provisions relative to community areas agreements and inserts various new sections. Section 72A provides for the designation of areas in development plans for purposes of protection of woodlands, beaches, arable lands, caves, and habitats, and other natural features.

This Act lays down the basic principles of forest management and conservation, makes provision for the administration of forestry (Chap. I), the survey and classification of lands for purposes of forestry (Chap. II), and the use of forest resources (Chap. III).Basic policy principles are outlined in section 2. Section 3 contains definitions.

The Act provides for the conservation and efficient use of of land, forest and water resources in the Province of Alberta. It provides for the establishment of the Conservation and Utilization Committee to inform and recommend measures to the Lieutenant Governor in Council (LGC).

This Act declares areas along the coast known as Pas Geometrique to be public domain and makes provision for the survey of lands in such kind of land areas, the grant of leases, rights of lessees, and prohibits dumping on Pas Geometriques. The Minister may grant leases of Pas Geometriques or annexes. The granting shall take place by private contract or public auction.

This Notice provides for the assignment of powers and duties vested in the Minister of Water Affairs and Forestry under the National Forests Act, 1998 to SANParks.
