The Country Investment Plan (Plan) is a roadmap towards investment in agriculture, food security and nutrition in Bangladesh. It is a five-year comprehensive plan with national coverage that aims to ensure sustainable food security which entered into force in 2011. The Plan provides a coherent set of 12 priority investment programmes to improve food security and nutrition in an integrated way divided into three components: 1) food availability, 2) food access, and 3) food utilization.

This Administrative Order, consisting of 5 sections, makes Local Government Units, particularly Provinces to adopt in planning activities the Guidelines for mainstreaming Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) in Subnational Development and Land Use/Physical Planning. It establishes that the Local Government Units (LGUs), particularly provinces, are directed to adopt and use the DRR Guidelines to enhance natural disaster risk reduction efforts in the local development planning process.

This Law amends certain provisions (procedural matters) part of the Law on privatization of state agricultural land (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 87/2013).Changes are part of the amended simplified (shortened) procedural matters aimed to make the Law and its related field more accessible.The adoption of this amending Law will also provide for a longer period for payment of the purchase price for the purchase of agricultural land in state ownership if the selected bidder is an individual.

Agriculture Gender Strategy.

The development of the Agriculture Gender Strategy is in line with Rwanda’s Constitution of 2003, the Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Strategy (EDPRS), the National Gender Policy and MINAGRI’s Strategic Plan for the Transformation of Agriculture in Rwanda-Phase II (PSTA-II). This Act provides with respect to the jurisdiction, powers and functions of magistrates' courts and for other related matters. Magistrates courts are primary courts, district courts or courts of a resident magistrate. The Act defines jurisdiction proceedings relating to land and in case of customary law. A primary court, in proceedings of a civil nature, may order the recovery of possession of land.

Action Plan for Implementing Forestry Policies and Strategies.

The Action Plan is a national plan with a sectoral approach. The time frame of the Plan is 10 years between 2010 -2020. The objectives of the Plan are a) improvement of forest management; b) capacity building; c) protection of forests; d) forestry sector development; e) development of private sector.To increase forest production and to reduce the risks of forest production losses, strong control mechanisms will be enforced, environmental protection and forest management will be improved. The seedling production capacity will also be improved.

Tlicho Land Claims and Self-government Agreement Act (S.N.W.T. 2003, c. 28).

The present Act establishes that the Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement among the Tlicho and the Government of the Northwest Territories and the Government of Canada is approved, given effect and declared valid, and has the force of law. The Act also approves the Tlicho Tax Treatment Agreement. Section 7 establishes that sums required to meet the monetary obligations of the Government of the Northwest Territories under the Tlicho Agreement shall be paid from money appropriated for that purpose out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund. The text consists of 13 sections.
