Ce guide constitue un outil à destination des acteurs de terrain au Niger. Il vise à contribuer à l'amélioration de la gouvernance foncière pastorale et en particulier à la prévention et à la résolution des conflits et au développement de processus de concertation inclusifs.
Le guide est unique car il est élaboré en collaboration avec un pour les éleveurs au Niger. Il sera un outil concret pour aider les acteurs à résoudre les conflits liés à l'accès aux ressources naturelles au niveau local.
n 2012, the National Government signed the Agreement for prosperity (Acuerdo para la Prosperidad No. 79), which seeks the conservation and sustainable use of the natural and cultural heritage of the country and aimed to create a space for dialogue between governmental institutions and the peasant delegations. This aiming to face the numerous socio-environmental challenges in Natural Parks and surrounding areas of protected areas. On the one hand, there is the transformation of the protected areas.
En 2012, el Gobierno nacional firmó el Acuerdo para la Prosperidad N.o 79, que tiene como objeto el conservar y utilizar de manera sostenible el patrimonio natural y cultural del país y crear un espacio de diálogo entre las instituciones gubernamentales y las delegaciones campesinas. Con ello se pretende hacer frente a los numerosos retos socioambientales de los parques naturales y de las áreas protegidas circundantes.

Tout ceci vise à faire face aux nombreux problèmes socio-environnementaux qui existent dans les parcs naturels et les zones protégées environnantes.
Responsible Land Policy in Uganda (RELAPU) is a project implemented by the German International Cooperation (GIZ) and financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). BMZ created the Special Initiative “One World, No Hunger”, aimed at eradicating extreme hunger and poverty. Kembalinya isu agraria di ranah kebijakan nasional merupakan periode penting setelah berakhirnya Orde Baru. Kebijakan Reforma Agraria dan Perhutanan Sosial (RA/PS) telah masuk dalam RPJMN 2014-2019. Sejumlah 12,7 juta ha kawasan hutan diperuntukkan sebagai Perhutanan Sosial dan 9 juta ha sebagai Tanah Obyek Reforma Agraria (TORA). Skema TORA ada dua model, yaitu: penataan kembali sektor pertanahan melalui legalisasi aset seluas 4,5 juta ha dan penyediaan akses tanah melalui redistribusi lahan seluas 4,5 juta ha.
More than 113 million people across 53 countries experienced acute hunger requiring urgent food, nutrition and livelihoods assistance (IPC/CH Phase 3 or above) in 2018. This report illustrates in stark terms the hunger caused by conflict and insecurity, climate shocks and economic turbulence.
