Le présent arrêté ministériel instaure un régime de paiement unique établissant certains régimes d'aide pour agriculteurs e porte application de la conditionnalité pour ce qui concerne la mise en oeuvre des compétences partagées en vue d'une identification commune d'agriculteurs, d'exploitations et de terres agricoles dans le cadre de la politique relative aux engrais et de la politique de l'agriculture. L’article 3 établit que les parcelles sur lesquelles les mesures agri-environnementales, visées à l'annexe Ire, sont demandées, doivent être déclarées séparément dans la demande unique.

This Act establishes the Agricultural Lands Board under section 4. The functions of the Board, in addition to the powers and duties specifically assigned to it under this Act, shall be: (a) to keep under review the use that is being made by the President of State Land outside urban and peri-urban areas and to make such recommendations to the Minister thereon as it may deem fit;(b) to carry out such other duties in relation to the alienation of State Land; (c) to keep under review the general operation of this Act (sect. 8).

This Ministerial Decree amends articles 12 and 13 of the Ministerial Decree No.

The President decrees that the plots of land and the property connected with them must be considered real estate. The real estate contracts are regulated by Civil Code in accordance with Land, Forestry, Environmental, other specific Legislative Acts and this Decree. Physical And juridical persons, that own plots of land, have the right to sell, to bequeath, to give as a gift, to mortgage, to lease, to exchange and to render them as a share to the-joint stock companies. Each landowner is provided with land certificate that must be registered into land cadastre.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility shall be: (a) elaboration and realization of regional programs; (b) soil, agrochemical, phytosanitary, ecological and toxicological inspection; (c) investments in soil conservation and reproduction; and (d) improvement of soil quality and fertility.

This Regional Law sets forth the modalities of allotment of plots of land in ownership to citizens free of charge for gardening, citizens awarded with the Order the Hero of the Soviet Union, Hero of the Russian Federation, Hero of Socialist Labour, Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation, Full Cavalier of the Order of Military Glory and Full Cavalier of the Order of Labour Glory for horticulture, subsistence farming, family farming , commercial farming and individual residential housing construction.

This Act provides for the protection of agricultural land in rural areas, i.e. land that not situated in urban areas (except for provisions for the control of weed that do apply to land in urban areas). The Act shall not apply to mountain catchment areas.

La presente Resolución modifica la Norma para la determinación de valores oficiales de terrenos rústicos a nivel nacional, por cuanto corresponde denominarlos Valores Arancelarios de Terrenos Rústicos a nivel nacional, que son expresados en nuevos soles por unidad de superficie, para cada una de las regiones geográficas y dentro de éstas a nivel de departamentos, provincias y distritos.

This Act provides a legal framework that will promote and encourage community empowerment and participation. It creates new rights for community bodies and places new duties on public authorities. The Act amends the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003, extending the community right to buy to all of Scotland, urban and rural, and improving procedures. It also introduces a new provision for community bodies to purchase land which is abandoned, neglected or causing harm to the environmental wellbeing of the community, where the owner is not willing to sell that land.

La presente Ley expide el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo, 2010-2014: Prosperidad para Todos. Se trata de un plan multisectorial de alcance nacional cuyo objetivo es el de consolidar la seguridad con la meta de alcanzar la paz, dar un gran salto de progreso social, lograr un dinamismo económico regional que permita desarrollo sostenible y crecimiento sostenido, más empleo formal y menor pobreza y, en definitiva, mayor prosperidad para toda la población.

In order to combat the desertification in Egypt, the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation together with the Desert Research Center have drafted this sectoral National Action Program (NAP), to be implemented in 5 years, as specified presenting the single projects.

Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional executive bodies shall publish information related to turnover of agricultural land plots and agricultural land shares envisaged by the Federal Law in an official mass media selected for and entrusted with publication of the official information”.
