Cette ordonnance porte délimitation des superficies maxima des terrains attribués en zone rurale en bordure des routes nationales et régionales: 25 hectares pour les plantations de produits d'exportation, 5 hectares pour les plantations de type familial, 100 hectares pour toute plantation se trouvant à une distance de 500 m. de ces routes. En longueur, la limite est de 100 mètres le long de l'axe routier. Des dérogations peuvent être accordées sur décision du Chef de l'Etat.

Authorized under section 112 of the Water Act 1989 (a summary was published in FAO Food and Agricultural Legislation No. 39, Dec. 1990, p.51), this Order designates certain lands as Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Schedule 3) to prevent or control the entry of nitrate into controlled waters in connection with the use of any land for agricultural purposes. This Order applies to England only.

No person shall occupy or use more than three acres of land for urban farming. No person shall, except where that person practices zero grazing, graze his animal in an urban area (reg. 3). "Urban farming" means the carrying out of plant or animal husbandry activities as set out in the Schedule within statutory township boundaries. Regulation 4 prohibits farming which may cause nuisance in other zones as those destined for urban farming. (4 regulations)

The agricultural lands owned by the State, burdened with the right of "disposal" of persons who personally or through others cultivated it, according to the "agricultural density" decided for them, shall be considered as owned by the state without compensation and shall be registered in the name of the Ministry of Finance as a pure property and the Ministry of Agriculture shall dispose of such lands in accordance with Laws and Resolutions in force (comma A of par. 1).

The plantation of lands specified in the Master Plan of the City of Baghdad shall be carried out in accordance with the Plan within the limitation of the tree line. Planting of certain seasonal crops is excluded from this provision (art. 1a). The requirement laid down in article 1a concerns water share. Cultivation of lands without a water share shall commence one year after the allocation of a water share has taken place (art. 1b). Non-compliance with the requirement may bring about the modification of the lease contract (art. 2).

These Rules regulate the occupation of land and the possession, herding or grazing in an area defined in the Schedule to these Rules. A person shall only occupy land or possess, herd or depasture any bull, cow, ox, heifer, calf, sheep, goat, mule, donkey or swine if registered with the Settlement Officer. The Settlement Officer shall be advised on questions covered by these Rules by a committee appointed by him or her under these Rules. A registered person may occupy such area of land and keep a number of stock as is indicated in the register.

These Regulations make provision in Wales for the administration of Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and some associated Regulations.
