Inheritance Act 1835.

This Act regulates the (grant of) administration of real and personal estates of deceased persons. The Act consists of 51 sections divided into 5 Parts.An application for the grant or revocation of probate or administration shall be made through the Registrar in the prescribed form. No grant shall be made by the Registrar until a contention is disposed of, or it appears to the Registrar that a grant ought not to be made without the direction of the Court.
La presente Ley regula el régimen de autonomías en base al artículo 271 de la Constitución Política del Estado y las bases de la organización territorial del Estado establecidos en su Parte Tercera, que dispone que Bolivia se constituye en un Estado Unitario Social de Derecho Plurinacional Comunitario, libre, independiente, soberano, democrático, intercultural, descentralizado y con autonomías, que garantiza la libre determinación de las naciones y pueblos indígena originario campesinos preservando la unidad del país.
El objeto de esta Ley es fomentar las relaciones armoniosas y de cooperación entre el Estado de Hidalgo y los pueblos indígenas, basadas en los principios de la justicia, la democracia, la tolerancia, el respeto de los derechos humanos, la no discriminación y la buena fe. En este contexto, la Ley reconoce y garantiza los derechos de las comunidades indígenas, entre los que se incluye el acceso a la tenencia y propiedad de la tierra.
This Act places limits and restrictions on actions related to real property rights and regarding in particular recovery of land and rent. The Act provides rules for the accrual of the right to make entry or distress and defines rights of tenants. It also concerns limitation of action by mortgagees, mortgagors and heirs.
This Act concerns, among other things, the making and execution of wills and probate of wills, and the administration of estates of deceased persons. It provides rules for legal proceedings regarding wills and the appointment of an administrator if a person dies intestate.
This Act makes provisions for matters of inheritance and other matters of succession to title in real estate and personal property.The Act concerns, among other things, lease intestacy trust, escheat to the Crown, powers of Court, administration of estates of a deceased person and contracts to leave property by will.
This Act establishes the Registrar General who shall keep four separate and distinct indexes of: (a) Deeds; (b) probates of Wills and Letters of Administration; (c) judgments, decrees, orders and rules; and (d) memoranda of lis pendens. The Act also provides for examination of documents and certified copies and grants the power to make Rules to the Registrar General.
This Act makes provision for the registration and execution of deeds. It also provides for the protection of purchasers and mortgagees. For the purposes of this Act a memorandum of a statutory lease executed in accordance with the provisions of the Land Tenants (Security of Tenure) Act, shall be deemed to be a deed registrable under this Act. Deeds shall be certified by a licensed Surveyor within the meaning of the Land Surveyors Ordinance.
This Act concerns the administration of real estate and personal property of deceased persons by an administrator or executor by will. The Act also makes provision for the distribution of estates under intestate and other administration or disposal of assets. The Administrator General, an office established under this Act, may, subject as is provided in and by the Wills and Probate Act, apply to the Court for Letters of Administration.
This Act concerns succession and related matters such as the administration of estates of deceased persons. It provides, among other things, for: the among and execution of wills, devolution of estates, distribution on intestacy and grant of representation. The Act also establishes the officer of the Administrator General and defines its functions and powers.
The present Act lays down provisions relating to acquisition, sharing and protection of land.
