Interim guidelines and standards relate to six areas of environmental pollution control are issued by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (FEPA). These guidelines and standards relate to six (6) areas of environmental pollution control: Effluent limitations (ii) Water quality for industrial water uses at point of in-take (iii) Industrial emission limitations (iv) Noise exposure limitations (v) Management of solid and hazardous wastes (vi) Pollution abatement in industries.

State Land Management Agency under the Government of the Kyrghyz Republic and raion state administrations shall bring those tax rates to the notice of Aiyl Okmotys (Village Governments). Specified land authorities shall submit to the Government of the Kyrghyz Republic finalised tax rates valid for one occasion and annual tax for usage of the lands of settlements and non-agricultural lands and draft Regulations on procedures of calculation and collecting fees for usage of the lands of settlements and non-agricultural lands.

Il est institué un Conseil national du paysage auprès de la ministre chargée de la politique des paysages. Organisme consultatif, le conseil est notamment chargé de: - proposer chaque année à la ministre un rapport sur l'évolution des paysages en France; - procéder à un bilan de la mise en oeuvre de la loi nº 93-24 du 8 janvier 1993 sur la protection et la mise en valeur des paysages et modifiant certaines dispositions législatives en matière d'enquêtes publiques; - proposer à la ministre toute mesure susceptible d'améliorer la situation des paysages en France.

Land use planning committees shall prepare plans to develop their provinces and municipalities and specify the presence of features of land use planning including environment areas, gardens, public parks, garbage collection, sewer tanks, water pipes, forests, wild animal refuges, lakes, rivers, sea, islands, and land for cultivation. Specified Ministries shall instruct sub-ordinate institutes to carry out a study on land use. Land use planning committees shall assist provincial and municipal governors to prepare plans for the development of the areas under their competence.
