These Regulations amend the European Communities (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Agriculture) Regulations 2011 by, among other things: inserting a definition of "environmental impact assessment" and a new definition of "EIS" and Minister; and defining the duties of the Minister in respect of applications for authorization of development and environmental impact assessment. They also substitute Schedule 3 (specifying information to be contained in an Environmental Impact Statement) for the Schedule attached to these Regulations.

These Regulations amend the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 in regulation 31(3) concerning the maximum credit a landfill site operator may claim against annual landfill tax liability, in respect of qualifying contributions made.

These Regulations amend the European Union (Good Agricultural Practice for Protection of Waters) Regulations 2014 so as to give effect to the Commission Implementing Decision on granting a derogation requested by Ireland pursuant to Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. They also make technical amendments to sections 17 and 26 of the principal Regulations and insert a new Part (7) on implementation of the Commission Decision.

These Regulations provide, for purposes of implementation of the give effect to Irelands Third Nitrates Action Programme, rules relative to good agricultural practice to protect waters against pollution from agricultural sources and prescribe measures for these purposes, including: periods when land application of fertilizers is prohibited; limits on the land application of fertilizers; storage requirements for livestock manure; and monitoring of the effectiveness of the measures in terms of agricultural practice and impact on water quality.

This Order approves the Emergency Instrument to regulate natural resources uses within the Marine Reserve of Parnaíba River Estuary. This Instrument (in the Annex), consisting of 5 Chapters, specifies prohibited and authorized activities to be performed within the above mentioned area in: land, pollution, fisheries and forestry sectors. it establishes land tenure and land concession requirements, pollution control and quality standards, fishing methods and gears, prohibited mangue tree exploitation, etc.

These Regulations amend, in relation to England, the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1992, by making provision for the Secretary of State to determine applications for planning permission made by an interested local planning authority for the development of land which relates solely to the demolition of an unlisted building in a conservation area and provide for the procedure to be followed on such applications.

This Order amends secondary legislation as a consequence of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013, which abolishes the system of conservation area consent as it applies to buildings in conservation areas in England (and to provide that planning permission will instead be required). This Order makes consequential amendments to various Rules and Regulations concerning town and country planning procedures.

This Order amends, in relation to England only, the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 with respect demolition of certain unlisted etc. buildings in conservation areas. If such demolition is not permitted development for the purposes of the Principal Order, it will be subject to the conditions under Part 31 of the principal Order and require planning permission.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 with respect to appeals under section 20 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Applicants will be required to submit a greater amount of information with their appeal forms.

These Regulations provide for the direct application by state authorities to An Bord Pleanála (National Planning Board) for approval for works or development where the works or development are urgently required in order to preserve, protect or improve the quality of the environment or protect human health, in compliance with EU Directives.

This Notice amends the Non-Cadastral in the Schedule. The Schedule sets out fees and charges for consultation of data on, of among other things, National Parks and Game Management Areas, fisheries, livestock and cattle diseases.
