La presente Resolución aprueba el Protocolo de Muestreo por Emergencia Ambiental, que tiene como objetivo estandarizar los procedimientos para la recolección de muestras de suelos en el marco de la declaratoria de emergencia ambiental, que permita identificar los sitios impactados y potencialmente contaminados, y como resultado de esta identificación proponer las medidas adicionales para reducir y controlar los riesgos e impacto al ambiente y a la salud derivados de la contaminación de los suelos.

The Order sets regulations regarding the establishment, operation and supervision of geothermal systems with the purpose of preventing pollution of groundwater, soil and subsoil. The established systems shall operate in using soil as a heating sources. Applications for authorization to establish such systems is required and shall comply with criteria detailed in Appendix 1. The outdoor recreational area covers a total area of ​​3 674 acres. The boundaries are shown in a map at a scale of 1:15 000. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest.

The purpose of this Regulation is to preserve the scenic value of outdoor recreational terrains in areas rich with wildlife within Oslo. Administrative authorities may grant permission to create paths and trails, ensure sport activities do not conflict with conservation objectives, forest management initiatives in certain sub-areas should develop a more friendly forest area in line with conservation objectives.

These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Conservation of Wild Birds. The purpose is to ensure protection from disturbance, capture and damage to nests and eggs under Article 5 of the Directive for all species of birds, not just the birds listed on Schedule 3 (with the exception of those birds covered under Articles 7 for hunting and 9, where derogations are listed).

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the transmission of data on potential risk of the underground in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Article 2 establishes that for the purpose of the present Regulation potential risks of the underground are geological conditions and mining-related changes of the sub-soil which can lead to damage-causing events on the surface and represent a possible risk to human health, the environment and property in general.

This Order amends, in relation to England only, the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 with respect demolition in conservation areas, which will require planning permission. Such demolition is “relevant demolition” for the purposes of section 196D of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, is not permitted development for the purposes of the Principal Order.

This Order, made under sections 13(4) and 14(7) of the Landfill Tax (Scotland) Act 2014 defines material (listed in column 2 of the Schedule) as qualifying material for the purposes of the lower rate of Scottish landfill tax. Such materials are described and conditions as to their state specified alongside. Conditions as to their use are specified in provisions of the Order.
