The purpose of this document is to ensure the conservation of nature values of a specific outdoor area Godbekken. This area shows the diversity in topography including large proportion of old forest without recent forestry interventions, of both pine and spruce, including small ponds, marshes and streams. The outdoor recreational area covers ​​805 acres, with boundaries in scale 1:10 000 and marked in the forest. The following safety rules shall apply to the area: vegetation is protected from damage and destruction. Planting or seeding of trees and other vegetation is prohibited.

The purpose of this Regulation aims at conservation the quality of outdoor recreational areas without interfering their topography, the presence of swamps, lakes, streams, and hills. The area offers a large proportion of old forest without recent forest interventions. The area also consists of larger cultural heritage and a diverse wildlife. The outdoor recreational area covers a total area of ​​3 674 acres. The boundaries are shown in a map at a scale of 1:15 000. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest.

The purpose of this Regulation is to preserve the scenic value of outdoor recreational terrains in areas rich with wildlife within Oslo. The boundaries of the outdoor area is shown in map at a scale of 1:12 500 of September 2013. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest. Administrative authorities may grant permission to create paths and trails, ensure sport activities do not conflict with conservation objectives, forest management initiatives in certain sub-areas should develop a more friendly forest area in line with conservation objectives.

These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Conservation of Wild Birds. The purpose is to ensure protection from disturbance, capture and damage to nests and eggs under Article 5 of the Directive for all species of birds, not just the birds listed on Schedule 3 (with the exception of those birds covered under Articles 7 for hunting and 9, where derogations are listed).

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the transmission of data on potential risk of the underground in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Article 2 establishes that for the purpose of the present Regulation potential risks of the underground are geological conditions and mining-related changes of the sub-soil which can lead to damage-causing events on the surface and represent a possible risk to human health, the environment and property in general.

These Regulations, made under sections 15, 18, 19, 20, 22(9), 23, 25, 30, 32 and 37(1) and (4) to (7) of the Landfill Tax (Scotland) Act 2014, make provision for the administration and assurance of Scottish landfill tax. They regulate the registration of persons who intend to make taxable disposals and provide for the making of returns. An entitlement to credit shall be granted in circumstances relating to the recycling, incineration and permanent removal of waste.

This Order prescribes landfill site activities for the purposes of section 6 of the Landfill Tax (Scotland) Act 2014. These activities will be treated as disposals and will be subject to Scottish landfill tax. In addition to listed activities, an activity is prescribed if it gives rise to a requirement: (a) for notification or the giving of information under section 31 of the Act (information: site restoration); or (b) imposed by Regulations under section 30 of the Act, and that requirement is not complied with.

This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status. Provisions also include companies in other EU countries or countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). It is compulsory that these companies are registered with a branch office operation.
