This Order establishes that transfer of unforested land to forested land within state forest fund shall be carried out by public forest owner in accordance with the modalities set by this Governmental Order. Felling areas, burnt forest areas, grassy glades and areas of dead vegetation shall be subject to transfer to forested land category after afforestation and reforestation arrangements or natural afforestation and reforestation. Transfer shall be carried out after inspection of the areas by the officials of the authorized forestry institution.

Le présent arrêté met en exécution la loi du 25 juin 1987 sur les constructions et l'aménagement du territoire et l'ordonnance du 3 juillet 1990 sur les constructions et l'aménagement du territoire. Notamment, la commission a pour tâches de donner son préavis sur les projets de dispositions légales en matière de mise en valeur et de protection des paysages et des sites. En outre, elle donne son avis sur les projets d'ouvrages et d'aménagements qui touchent sensiblement l'aspect des paysages et des sites. Le texte comprend 12 articles.

This Decree provides for control measures as established by article 25 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1782/2003 establishing common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers. It makes provision for an integrated administration and control system for purposes of the Regulation.

These Regulations were adopted to fulfill the obligations laid down in European Community Regulation (EC) No. 166/2006 concerning the establishment of a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register. These provisions establish reporting templates and timeframes for reporting, pursuant to article 7(1) of that Regulation. Rules on penalties applicable in case of infringement are also established.

La presente Resolución adopta la Guía de buenas prácticas ambientales para la construcción y ensanche de carreteras y la rehabilitación de caminos rurales, para la implementación de las acciones de prevención, corrección, mitigación y compensación que puedan ejecutarse en estas actividades, a fin de promover la protección y prevenir daños en los factores ambientales.

This Ministerial Decree regards reservation of the plots of land for setting up and expansion of the regional and local protected areas which shall be carried out in accordance with the program of the development of protected areas and ecological networks by decision of the regional and local executive powers. Territorial branches of authorized environmental institution shall draw up proposals and submit application to the local executive powers regarding reservation of the plots of land destined for protected areas.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of keeping the state register of protected areas. The state register shall contain the following data: (a) governmental decision on setting up protected area; (b) descriptor of protected area; (c) naturalistic and scientific substantiation of setting up and expansion of protected area; (d) positive conclusion of the state environmental audit; (e) land, water, forest resources and wildlife species; and (f) protected species and protected sites.

La presente Resolución dispone la publicación del acuerdo de encomienda de gestión entre el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y el Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia, para la implementación en España del proyecto europeo de investigación denominado BIOSOIL.

El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Procedimiento para la adjudicación de tierras del patrimonio forestal del Estado y bosques y vegetación protectores, cuyo objetivo es el de establecer los parámetros para la adjudicación de tierras del Estado y bosques y vegetación protectores de propiedad del Estado por parte del Ministerio del Ambiente.

These Regulations amend the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 in provisions concerning credit operations regarding landfill operations that are favourable to the environment. Among other things, they change the maximum credit that landfill site operators may claim against their annual landfill tax liability and simplify some of the conditions of operation placed on environmental bodies and the regulatory body. Environmental bodies shall have certain duties of notification towards the regulatory body, whereas the regulatory body shall be controlled by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise.

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment Scheme (Set-aside) (Wales) Regulations 2005 in relation to the good agricultural and environmental conditions that apply to land set aside under the Single Payment Scheme for farmers enacted by force of Community legislation. The conditions and exemptions concern green cover, the setting aside of land for the control of weeds, use of pesticides and grazing.

These Regulations, which have been adopted in implementation of European Union Directive 2003/35/EC, aim at achieving a phased schedule for the application of Legal Notice No. 234 of 2002 as regards the integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from the activities listed in Schedule 1 thereof (such as timber processing and slaughter of animals). All operators of existing installations (power plants, shipyards, waste installations, farms) shall apply to the competent authority for a permit.
