The purpose of these Regulations is to strengthen the protection and management of forest lands, and rationally develop and utilize forest land resources. The Regulations consist of 7 Chapters: General provisions (I); Land tenure management (II); Protection and utilization of forest lands (III); Expropriation and occupation (IV); Legal liability (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).The forest lands are under the State ownership and collective ownership. The forest lands owned by the State or owned by collectives, may be used by the entity or individuals for forestry production.

Le présent décret fixe les règles de création, d’organisation et de fonctionnement du Comité Technique Bilatéral de mise e œuvre et de suivi du Plan d'Urgence Gouvernemental.Ce Comité constitue une haute instance stratégique de mise en œuvre et de suivi de l'exécution des actions prioritaires retenues autour des plans sectoriels, entre autres, un Plan d'urgence urbain; un Plan d'urgence agriculture et élevage; un Plan d'urgence énergie; un Plan d'urgence eau. Pour accomplir cette mission, le Comité comprend le Comité de Coordination et de Supervision; le Secrétariat Technique.

This Law provides for in a comprehensive manner for the management and conservation of water resources for purposes of water use, protection against pollution including pollution of coastal waters, development of river beds and flood protection, for the management of water works facilities and public water resources, for financing of related activities and duties, for defining the responsibility and duties of the authority of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, canton's authorities and legal entities and citizens, as well as regulating other issues of importance for managing of water,

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Protection belts and water conservation zones of surface waterbodies shall be established for reduction of pollution of water ecosystems, prevention of erosion, restriction of economic activities in flooded areas, and also with a view of conservation of typical landscapes”.

Le présent décret crée et délimite un périmètre d'amélioration pastorale d'El Gaâda El Kbira (commune rurale des Ouled Abdoune, cercle de Khouribga-province de Khouribga). La création de cette zone vise à limiter la dégradation des pâturages et en assurer la reconstitution en vue d’une exploitation rationnelle. Par ailleurs, les associations d’élevage constituées dans les limites de ce périmètre antérieurement à la publication de ce décret doivent être déclarés aux administratives locales.

El Reglamento, que consta de 7 capítulos, 17 artículos y 2 anexos, establece un sistema nacional de clasificación de tierras adecuadas a las características ecológicas de las diversas regiones del país, con el fin de difundir el uso racional permanente de las tierras, evitando la destrucción y deterioro del suelo.

These Regulations implement, in relation to projects for the use of uncultivated land and semi-natural areas in Wales for intensive agricultural purposes, Council Directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment and Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora insofar as it applies to such projects.

These Regulations amend, in relation to England, regulations 3 and 3A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 so as to modify certain procedural requirements for consent applications which are related to planning applications to which article 18 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 refers.

Ce décret porte réglementation applicable aux installations classées prévues à l'article 75 de la loi nº 83-03. Ces installations sont soumises soit à autorisation soit à déclaration. Le décret indique les autorités compétentes à délivrer l'autorisation, les conditions et les modalités de présentation de la demande d'autorisation ou de la déclaration, les étapes de l'enquête publique. La durée des autorisations est illimitée sauf exceptions.

This Act regulates the creation of Regional Park Districts. Article 2 states that, upon receipt of a petition from the councils, trustees, or both, of two or more municipalities, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the minister, incorporate the area of land within the boundaries of the municipalities and its residents, into a regional park district.
