This By-law provides for the implementation of the Crown Lands Act 1989 by providing specifications on Trust Boards (Part 2, div. 1) and other administrative matters, on the access to and use of reserves (Part 3) and on various matters related to the management of reserves (Part 4). The attached schedule provides a lists of the reserves to which this By-Laws applies.

4.1 The Agriculture Development Strategy (ADS) will guide the agricultural sector of Nepal over the next 20 years. The structure of the agricultural sector is expected to change considerably with agribusiness to grow faster. Strong linkages between agriculture and other sectors in the economy will be critical to the reduction of poverty particularly in rural areas where the development of non-farm activities based on agriculture will be fundamental for the growth of an overall robust economy, a more balanced rural economy, and employment generation.

The Order sets out requirement standards for good agricultural and environmental conditions in order for farmers to comply with regulations on granted subsidy for land development, in accordance to the Rural Development Programme for the period 2007-2013. This Law consisting of 65 articles divided in IV Parts and 10 Annexes aims at protecting the environment (land, air and water) from pollution. To achieve the objective the Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) is established for the protection and promotion of the environment.

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the protection and management of forest lands, rationally develop and utilize forest land resources and promote the development of ecological forestry. The Measures consist of 29 articles.The Measures provide for the procedures and requirements for the use of forest land for construction projects. Total amount control and quota management shall be carried out on forest land to be occupied by construction projects.

The purpose of the Act is to help to protect nature and environment in order for society to develop on a sustainable and to preserve animal and plant life. It applies to all activities in relation to pollution, such as deployment of solid, liquid or gaseous substances; air, water, noise, soil and subsoil pollution; husbandry, pests and other factors causing hygienic problems to the environment.

The Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP) is a multi-sectoral national strategic document of the Republic of Armenia covering the period from 2003 to 2015. Its main objective is ensuring sustainable and high economic growth and the implementation of efficient social protection policies.The PRSP among others is concerned with agricultural development. It notes that in 2003-2015, the growth of agricultural production will continue to be the main factor for the reduction of rural poverty.

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to provincial land use policies. In particular, they are intended to promote sustainable development. They serve as a guide to provincial and local authorities undertaking and reviewing land use plans. The Policies may be refined and adapted at the local level to suit the needs of different areas of Manitoba. A new land use plan, or amendment to an existing plan, shall be reviewed to ensure that it fulfills the objectives of the Policies in a reasonable manner. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule.

El presente Acuerdo expide el Anexo 2 del Texto Unificado de Legislación Secundaria del Ministerio del Ambiente referente a la Norma de calidad ambiental del recurso suelo y criterios de remediación para suelos contaminados. La norma tiene como objetivo principal preservar la salud de las personas y velar por la calidad ambiental del recurso suelo a fin de salvaguardar las funciones naturales en los ecosistemas, frente a actividades antrópicas con potencial para modificar su calidad, resultantes de los diversos usos del recurso.
