Context and backgroundAccurately integrating different geospatial data sets remain a challenging task because diverse geospatial data may have different accuracy levels and formats. Surveyors may typically create several arbitrary coordinate systems at local scales, which could lead to a variety of coordinate datasets causing such data to remain unconsolidated and in-homogeneous.Methodology:In this study, a piecewise rubber-sheeting conflation or geometric correction approach is used to accomplish transformations between such a pair of data for accurate data integration.

Global Position System (GPS) receivers are capable of surveying measurement with geodetic positioning accuracy. They are designed to be mounted on a tripod usually with a tribrach and set up for observations with assigned mask angle and height of antenna above the survey marks. Assignation of inaccurate mask angle and height of antenna, during observations, is undoubtedly the most prevalent and frequent biases in GPS set up during control surveying which usually leads to less accurate geodetic positioning.

The context of the contribution of drone technology and GIS in the production of deliverables recommended by the Directorate of Rural Affairs in Morocco, by supporting the community land melkisation project, which aims to mobilize 1 million hectares of land for investment. The aim of this column, in collaboration with a surveying company, is to highlight the workflow of collecting data by drones as well as developing a process for providing deliverables in the framework of the melkisation process in Morocco.

Grasping the indirect and non-linear linkages between climate and conflict merits uncovering how inequalities entrenched in existing social structures may inform and mediate this intricate relationship. Despite growing understanding around the need to focus on the entire climate security inequality nexus, existing literature has so far been tipping towards either unpacking inequality and conflict or inequality and climate linkages. Furthermore, research for development work is yet to unpack in detail context-specific nuances of this complex nexus.
