O texto pretende analisar a distribuição do grande investimento económico pelos diferentes distritos da província de Tete, procurando identificar impactos socio-económicos, a emergência de novos problemas sociais e respectivas formas de protesto. Na análise constata-se a concentração do grande investimento no eixo Tete-Moatize, a reboque da indústria extractiva, alimentando assimetrias sócio-espaciais e atraindo movimentos migratórios, que concorreram para a saturação das infraestruturas urbanas.
This Act makes provision with respect to customary land in Malawi and in particular the administration of customary land and the adjudication of an interest in customary land.
El presente instrumento tiene por objeto promover la gestión sostenible del suelo en Colombia, en un contexto integral en el que confluyan la conservación de la biodiversidad, el agua y el aire, el ordenamiento del territorio y la gestión de riesgo, contribuyendo al desarrollo sostenible y al bienestar de los colombianos.
This Land Degradation Neutrality National Report is a national policy with a sectoral approach. The timeframe of the Plan is 15 years between 2016 and 2030. The overall goal of the policy is to ensure soil improvement and conservation.Agricultural productivity will be increased through land improvement in order to meet the food demand.Rural employment will be enhanced through agricultural development. To this end, the living standards in rural areas will be raised.Forest areas will be expanded through afforestation, rehabilitation of mine sites and soil conservation.
La Loi présente est composée de 174 articles repartie en sept (07)Titres, notamment les Principes fondamentaux (Titre I); la Gouvernance de la biodiversité (Titre II); l’Agence française pour la biodiversité (Titre III); la gouvernance de la politique de l'eau (Titre IV); l’Accès aux ressources génétiques et partage juste et équitable des avantages (Titre V); les Espaces naturels et protection des espèces (Titre VI); Paysage: Sites; Paysages (Titre VII).
El presente Decreto modifica el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo Agropecuario, Pesquero y de Desarrollo Rural, en relación con las Zonas de Interés de Desarrollo Rural, Económico y Social (Zidres). Para la identificación de las áreas potenciales para declarar una Zidres, la Unidad de Planificación de Tierras Rurales, Adecuación de Tierras y Usos Agropecuarios (UPRA) verificará el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la Ley 1776 de 2016.
Brazil lags behind much of the world in taking advantage of an important driver of economic growth: secure land rights. In 2015, Brazil ranked 64th on the International Property Rights Index (IPRI). It ranked even lower, at 95th, for secure property rights on the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Global Competitive Index.
When property rights are secure, the nation’s lands can be managed, improved, or protected to their fullest potential. This could unlock new economic opportunities, develop markets more fully, and improve the use of the country’s resources.
