This Order establishes the procedure for preservation, and depreservation of land reclamation systems and separate facilities of engineering infrastructure of the aforesaid systems, and it shall be mandatory for the management of main channels, water basins and waterbodies under regional competence. The aforesaid systems and facilities shall be managed by the State Agency for Water Management. Preservation of land reclamation systems and separate facilities of engineering infrastructure, which for management or technical reasons are put out of technological operation, shall be intended complex of measures aimed at the temporary cessation of their operation in order to preserve the main technical units of land reclamation systems with the possibility of further restoration of their functioning.
