Land Tax Act 1936.

This Act concerns the acquisition of land in the territory of South Australia. The Act defines the procedures for the acquisition of land and related negotiation and compensation. Land Valuers Act 1994.

This Act, consisting of 24 sections and completed by two Schedules, regulates the activities of land valuers, i.e. any person who carries on a business that consists of or involves valuing land. The Act defines the qualifications required to carry out the business of land valuers, regulates their activities and provides for the solution of disputes arising from their work.
