The purpose of this Act is to establish mechanisms to support a sustained long-term reduction of poverty in Ontario, above all of poverty of children. Section 3 establishes that not all groups of people share the same level of risk of poverty. The poverty reduction strategy must recognize the heightened risk among groups such as immigrants, women, single mothers, people with disabilities, aboriginal peoples and racialized groups.
St. Lawrence Parks Commission Act, (R.S.O. 1990, c. S.24).
The present Act provides for the establishment of the protected park area St. Lawrence. To this end the St. Lawrence Parks Commission is continued as a corporation without share capital under the name St. Lawrence Parks Commission in English and Commission des parcs du Saint-Lawrence in French.
General (O. Reg. 26/99).
The present Regulation implements the Land Titles Act (Chapter L. 5). At the outset the text contains the definition of “electronic format” and “non electronic format”. Section 3 establishes various land titles divisions in application of section 85 of the above-mentioned Act. The text consists of 14 sections.

Planning Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13).
This Planning Act sets out the ground rules for land use planning in Ontario and describes how land uses may be controlled, and who may control them.
Plans of Subdivision (O. Reg. 544/06).
The present Regulation is made under the Planning Act. In particular, the Regulation set out minimum requirements with respect to the information that must be submitted with each land use planning application. The text consists of 14 sections and 1 Schedule.
