Décret concernant la protection des eaux contre la pollution par les nitrates à partir de sources agricoles (1).
Le présent décret a pour objectif de protéger l'environnement en réduisant la pollution de l'eau provoquée par ou découlant de nitrates ou de phosphates de sources agricoles, en prévenant les pollutions de ce type, en contribuant à la mise en place d'un bon système d'écoulement des eaux et à la limitation de la pollution de l'air comme conséquence de la production et de l'utilisation d'engrais.
Electronic Registration (O. Reg. 19/99).
The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to electronic registration under the Land Registration Reform Act. Section 2 establishes that no person shall submit a document for electronic registration until having obtained a registration account number or other authorization from the land registrar of the land registry office where the person submits the document or a person authorized by the Director. The text consists of 41 sections.

Agricultural Tile Drainage Installation Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. A.14).
The present Act lays down provisions relating to the construction of drainage works, that is a drainage system constructed of tile, pipe or tubing of any material beneath the surface of agricultural land, including integral inlets and outlets, to improve the productivity of the land drained. According to section 2 no person shall carry on the business of installing a drainage work unless he or she is the holder of a licence released the Director.
Surveys Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. S.30).
The present Act lays down provisions relating to land survey. The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein, such as “ascertainable point”, “broken concession”, “broken lot”, “irregular lot”, “regular lot”, “land”, “lost corner”, “last as side line”, “proofline”. Article 2 establishes that no survey of land for the purpose of defining, locating or describing any line, boundary or corner of a parcel of land is valid unless made by a surveyor or under the personal supervision of a surveyor.
