The present Regulations enact section 29 of the Oil and Gas Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to oil and gas issues. For the purpose of the Regulations, “lease” means an oil and gas lease issued under Part 2 of the Act. The text consists of 65 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Dispositions generally (1); Oil and gas permits and leases (2); Registration of transfers and statutory notices (3); Oil and gas rights compensation (4); Commencement (5). One Schedule is enclosed.

Land Use Regulation (Y.O.I.C. 2003/51).
The present Regulation enacts section 21 of the Territorial Lands (Yukon) Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to land use planning.
Pine Lake Recreational Area Regulations (Y.O.I.C. 1990/029).
This regulation implements the Area Development Act and designates the Pine Lake Recreational Area as a development area. The regulation provides for the development of the area defining prohibited and allowable uses of the area. Under section 8, construction activities in the area are subject to approval of the development officer.

Zoning Appeal Board Regulation (Y.C.O. 1976/225).
This regulation implements the Area Development Act by establishing the Zoning Appeal Board, regulates its membership and operation. Under section 15, the Board has the same powers and privileges as are granted to a Judge for summoning and compelling attendance of witnesses, administering oaths to witnesses, and calling for the production of documents.

Tenants in Common Act (R.S.Y. 2002, c. 216).
Under this Act it is assumed that in case land is assigned, transferred, conveyed or devised to two or more person, those person are to be considered as tenants in common and not as join tenants unless otherwise specified.
