Kevin Doyle is a professional management consultant with extensive experience and expertise in program and project management, program design, policy development, fundraising, strategic planning and communications in the fields of land tenure and property rights, youth workforce development, natural resource management, community and stakeholder engagement, food and livelihoods security, wildlife conservation, corporate social responsibility and humanitarian relief. Kevin has a keen interest in addressing the needs of disadvantaged and marginalized individuals and communities. He has over 30 years of experience in Kenya, Burundi, Madagascar, Ethiopia, Zambia, Zimbabwe and the United States.
Kevin served as Chief of Party of the USAID Kenya SECURE Project (2009-12) to identify solutions to securing communal land tenure rights for Kenyan communities, culminating in the Community Land Rights Recognition Model established by the Ministry of Lands.
