Proceedings of international scientific - methodical conference “Baltic Surveying’17” are periodical edition of scientific articles, issued as online (ISSN 2243-6944) edition. The periodicity of proceedings is one volume per year. Conference was held on the 10 - 12 of May, 2017 at the Latvia University of Agriculture, Jelgava, it was organized by the Department of Land Management and Geodesy.
There are still many drawbacks in legal regulation of construction, cadastral registration of linear facilities, as well as land management in the above-mentioned aspects in the Russian Federation, therefore this study is a theoretical overview and analysis of the existing legal framework.
One of the primary measures of the land reform is to create the national land registry and related land information database, which can be formed only through a complete inventory of land.
In article is considered the existing system of documents of socio-economic planning of administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Belarus. Utilised agricultural area is one of the most important natural resources in Latvia, which provides population with food and promotes the operation of agricultural companies. Unfortunately, appropriate land management is a problem for the majority of agricultural land owners, thereby adversely affecting the efficiency of resource use and increasing possibilities for the resource depletion.
In this paper is described the Hungarian cadastral system. There is displayed some general information about the country and on the main points in the cadastral system. The organisational structure and duties of cadastre, details about the content of the cadastre and basic register units, cadastral maps, legal register and the agricultural land lease registration is presented.
The topic about shared real estate and ownership of landed property has become important only in the latest years. In connection with the rise of estate tax, the land’s cadastre value and the lease of land, the contradictions have also become more aggravated in shared real estate’s situations, which had occurred at some point when land reforms and privatization took place.
