Showing items 41635 through 41643 of 73379.These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross-compliance) (England) Regulations 2005 in paragraph 7 of the Schedule which sets out farmers’ obligations relating to the management of land not in agricultural production.
This Decree establishes the modalities of inventory of drainage, land reclamation systems and separate waterworks with a view of registration of available and functioning drainage, land reclamation systems and separate waterworks that by the outcome of inventory shall be indicated on the maps.
Article 6 (2) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Boundaries of the identified object of cultural heritage shall be validated by the act of the regional institution competent in the sphere of protection of objects of cultural heritage in accordance with land-use planning project”.
